FAMILY AND CHILDREN

Portraiture takes a lot of time and patience not only for the photographer, but my subjects as well.  A typical family or child session last up to two hours. I know that children can’t be rushed and this is why I take my  time working with little ones.  I will meet with you and your child/children before the session begins so that your child/children can become familiar and comfortable with me.

All sessions are on location using natural light. Indoor sessions are appropriate for children under 6 months of age, provided there’s enough adequate lighting in the home.

Outdoor sessions will be scheduled either early in the morning or late in the day when the sun is most flattering.  I can suggest a location or I am open to a location of your choice. This can be a local park, your backyard, the beach, at an event, ect.

I absolutely love capturing children in their most authentic and natural self.  The session will be designed at the comfort of your child.  A comfortable child will reflect more natural beauty when the pictures are taken.

We ask that you bring a couple of things with you since 2 hours can be long time for a child.

-          Your child’s favorite blanket, stuffed animal, toy

-          Water and snacks

-          Many changes of clothes. Better to have more then not enough

-Pre – session phone / e-mail consultation (optional)

-Photos taken on-location in natural light

-All photos are color managed and retouched (for advanced retouch, see price list

-Password protected online proofing gallery. Your online gallery will be available to you within two to three weeks of your session and will be viewable for only two weeks. All print orders and/or upgrades need to be made prior to expiration.

-Session up to four people (see price list for additional people)

-Travel within 20 miles of 90066

All prints are done on the highest quality photographic paper with a luster coat on either an E-surface (matte finish), Metallic finish (pearlescent finish) or True Black and White (Matte Finish) in a professional printing lab. More sizes available upon request.
